I forgot my login and password. What should I do?

 Please send us an e-mail with your property information including B&B Name, State and City. We'll send you the login and password information to your primary e-mail account.

What payment option do you accept?

You can choose from any of the following easy payment options:

1)     Secure credit card payment online

2)     Payment by personal/business check or money order

What contract and payment terms are available?

BnBStar Pay Methods are online Credit Card, Checks and/or Send by Mail. We do accept American Express, MasterCard and Visa cards including the other major Credit Cards.

How will I know when my subscription expires?

Each account is due on the last day of the subscription year. We will send you an e-mail notification prior to the expiration day.
