* All reservations, regardless of arrival time, require a credit card number, with valid expiry date and security code at time of booking to guarantee the reservation.
* Reservations secured by a credit card will not be charged until you check-in at the Quest House. Reservations must be canceled by 12.00pm, 3 days of scheduled arrival, to avoid charges of one night stay rate, plus applicable taxes. 'No-shows', cancellations or early departures for in-house guest, will forfeit 100% of the payment/deposit.
* A strictly non-smoking environment.
* All reservations made less than 72 hours before scheduled arrival must be canceled no less than 24 hours prior to arrival.

Each guestroom at the Annex Quest House is dedicated to one of five basic elements of Ether, Air, Fire, Water and Earth. Each room has soothing yet vibrant colors that reflect the physical and psychological property of each specific element. Every guest room honours the heart of the Vastu philosophy, which advocates the protection of the environment and all living things. Dark pine can be found throughout the Annex Quest House. The wide plank floors, tastefully simple and comfortable beds, side tables, bureaus, towel racks and even toilet paper holders are all holistic creations, and were handcrafted with minimal wastage. The Annex Quest House offers private baths with bevelled copper sinks and hand-crafted handmade wooden basins, in-room phone and high-speed Internet connection, mini-fridge, coffee-maker, cable TV, and in-room air conditioning. Parking and laundry are available.
