We accept Pre-Registered Guests Only: We honor advance registrations only, sent on our reservation form and initial deposit. Due to the limited space, we are unable to hold your requests without deposit and properly filled-out reservation form. Reservation form may be faxed or e-mailed.

Cancellation Policy: Deposit is refundable up to 15 days prior to the reserved dates. However, a $25 administrative service fee per room, will be charged for all cancellations. Deposit is non-refundable within 15 days prior to scheduled arrival date.

Balance Payment: Is due and payable in full, in CAD or USD (cash or travelers cheques) upon your scheduled arrival at Villa Jade.
