A peaceful and quiet retreat right on the edge of wilderness. Golden is located in the Columbia Valley at the confluence of the mighty Kicking Horse and Columbia rivers, between the Canadian Rocky Mountains and the Selkirk/Purcell Mountains, close to 6 National Parks: Banff, Yoho, Glacier, Kootenay, and Jasper.

Directions how to find Goldenwood Lodge
Coming from the west (Revelstoke, Rogers Pass): after having crossed the bridge over the Columbia River at Donald, keep driving about 8 km, where you can see our sign on HWY 1. Turn left on Blaeberry School Road and follow the repeat signs. We are approx. 6 km off the Highway, at the very end of Holmes Deakin Road. Please be aware that you are changing the time zone from Pacific to Mountain Time and, therefore, are loosing one hour when coming to Goldenwood Lodge.

Family Homes: 20 days
Group bookings. 30 days

A valid credit card number with expiry date is required to confirm reservations. We reserve the right to charge the account number provided the entire stay for cancellations within less than 5 days (20 days for family homes, 30 days for group bookings), late arrival or early departure, unless accommodation can be resold for the entire period.
