Over looking majestic Mahone Bay and Graves Island Provincial Park.
Choose between 3 beautiful guest rooms, all with private ensuite
baths and a view of the bay. Centrally located to beach, picnic,
shopping, hiking, sight seeing, restaurants, golf and much more.
Relax on the verandah over looking the ocean, by the fireplace or with
a book in one of our sitting rooms. Enjoy a delicious breakfast from
one of our 3 menu's. Enjoy our Outdoor Hot Tub overlooking the Bay.
Only 1 Hour from Halifax and Airport. Located in Chester, nearby
Lunenbury, Mahone Bay and Peggy's Cove. All of our rooms are
spacious offering a beautiful ocean view and ensuite. Main floor
ensuite also has a jacuzzi.

Based on double occupancy our room rates per night, are:

Low Season
Oct 31 to May 1
High Season
May 2 to Oct 30

Lighthouse Room $100-$120
Seascape Room $110-$130
Mermaid Room $120-$140

Single occupancy rates available off season.

Our Policies

$25 extra for additional person in room.
50% deposit required per night to secure your stay.
We accept cash, Interac, Visa, and MasterCard.
The house is smoke free.
Regrettably we do not except pets.
Check-In time is between 3PM, or by previous arrangement.
Check-Out time is 11:00 AM.
Discounted rates do not correspond with any other discounts.

Cancellation Policy

We require a 50% deposit in order to guarantee your stay.
Full payment is due on arrival date.
Early departures will be charged for the remainder of the stay unless
we are able to re-book the reservation.
Deposit is held and not charged unless required.
Cancellation must be made 7 days prior to arrival date.
If notification of cancellation is received 7 days prior to the date
booked the deposit will not be charged.
If notification of cancellation is not received 7 days prior to the date
booked a 50% charge per night will be added if the room can not be
re-booked.
