Welcome to Maison Vienneau, a charming B&B that will offer
you a taste good wholesome maritime hospitality and together
with of the Shediac region, will offer cultural and sport
activities that will fulfill your stay. The Maison Vienneau
is Ideal as a romantic escape, a business trip or perhaps a
family reunion.

Imagine a beautiful Victorian home full of cultural history
on a quiet street in the heart of the peaceful village that
time almost forgot. You enter our B&B into a beautiful lobby
decorated with antiques and a splendorous staircase leading
to the 2nd and 3rd floor. The lobby also leads into the
Grand Salon accessible to our guests for reading or simply
relaxing. We have 4 rooms all with private baths and
recently restored and tastefully decorated with antique
furniture.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Like other establishments in the tourism industry, the
Maison Vienneau has a cancellation policy. Should you need
to cancel your confirmed reservation date, this must be done
three full days before the arrival date whereas no penalty
will apply. If cancellation is made within three days of
reservation, we will require 50% of the reservation. If no
cancellation notice was made at all, 100% of reservation
will be withheld.

People ask us about our cancellation policy in cases of
funerals, weather conditions, sickness, etc. It is
regrettable but these circumstances are beyond our control.
As you can understand, the tourist season is short and we
rely on this time to make a return on our investment.

NON-SMOKING POLICY

Maison Vienneau is offering a non-smoking environment. It is
strictly forbidden to smoke inside the B&B. For those who
wish to smoke, we ask you to do so outside the premises
keeping a reasonable distance from the entrances.

ARRIVAL TIME & DEPARTURE

Maison Vienneau prides themselves in the importance of
cleanliness and upkeep of this beautiful historic home. To
do so, it is of the utmost importance to have ample time to
prepare the rooms for arrival of our next clients. Our
check-in time is between 3 & 5pm and checkout time is 11am.

General Description

The Maison Vienneau is located in a quiet residential
corner, a short walking distance form the boutiques and gift
shops in downtown Shediac. We are 3km from the famous Parlee
Beach. Less than 45 minutes from the Confederation bridge,
City of Moncton, Bay of Fundy, The Rocks, and the “Pays de
la Sagouine” to name a few. The Town of Shediac is a
beautiful small Town, filled with boutiques, restaurants,
and gift shops but most important, you will meet the
friendliest people. The Shediac Lobster Festival (from July
1st to July 7) is an annual activity that pulls a lot of
visitors from afar. You cannot miss the Lobster eating
contest that draw a lot of joy and laughter.
