Grouse Mountain is known for its scenic skyride and there is a panoramic view of Vancouver where on a clear day, you can see as far as Vancouver Island.

The Capilano suspension bridge is popular with visitors who get a thrill from dizzying heights, or drive up the winding, scenic and impressive sea-to-sky highway and into the steep and rugged coastal mountains, here you’ll find some of the most scenic parks in Canada.

There is so much beauty and scenic wonders and you can soak up some of the rich history as well, Vancouver offers a diverse range of world class cultural, recreational, natural and wildlife attractions year-round. It’s a walking city and the picturesque Inner Harbour and downtown areas are best explored on foot.

Dine on fresh Pacific seafood at harbour side bistros, or try sushi at one of the fine Japanese restaurants. It’s also great for families with various attractions ranging from the Vancouver Aquarium to the Science World. The Museum of Anthropology housed at the University of British Columbia has one of the world’s outstanding collections of Pacific Northwest aboriginal artifacts. Also on the sprawling West Side campus is the Nitobe classical Japanese garden celebrated for its international flora and fauna displays.
