The pretty, historical town of Trinity TB is nestled on the shores of Trinity Bay a magnificent harbour and the splendid maritime setting of the Eastern region where land, sky and water embrace each other.

The region winds its way from the Cape Bonavista Lighthouse Provincial Historic Site to the charming villages dotted around the picturesque area where you can explore old charm villages and learn about the people including the history of the migratory fishery industry, when in the 16th century English, Irish and French influences made music, song and dance part of the town’s every day life, their accents and flavours make up the charms of the new world. Stroll along the scenic paths and lanes of Trinity and hear about crimes, punishments, unusual deaths, ship-wreaks and disasters and the many other attractions for the visitor to enjoy, join in the fun of the local festivals and then meet some of the world's most friendly people. You’ll find about twenty-two species of whales, dolphins and porpoises swimming the waters along the coastline of Newfoundland and Labrador during the months of May to August with Port Rexton and Trinity being perfect locations to see and appreciate these magnificent creatures of the sea.
